Note: My Rotten Tomatoes review wasn’t showing up and despite being impatient, I thought I’d post my review here. I doubt anymore people will see it compared to the actual review, but here it is.

I’m embarrassed for Disney. This was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I’m having trouble not taking it personally. It’s like they didn’t even try. Lazy writing and abysmal storytelling. It failed to make any rational/logical connections to the original or prequel trilogy. All major character developments/arcs were taken straight from a video game (Fallen Order) or Star Wars Rebels. It obliterates canon and continuity, which weren’t even an afterthought. All it did was convince me it wasn’t a story worth telling, and I’m left asking myself, “What was the point of that?” Disappointing.

Remember what Yoda tells Obi-Wan at the end of Episode 3? “In your solitude on
Tatoonie, training I have for you.” Obi-Wan tells Uncle Owen in this series, “When the
time comes, the boy must be trained.” But Obi-Wan forgets how to use the force or be
a Jedi. Laughable. And that’s one of a hundred examples. Stars Wars Rebels did more
to contribute/connect/respect the original and prequel trilogy then this farce.
